"We have been with State Farm 40 years. Passed around with agents retiring and being promoted.
We didn't even know he was our Agent. They said ours left with no notice . Our account was moved to Scott. Blamed him for a mixup. Maybe I should have gotten a welcome letter . Since the age of our account and vehicles and home. Now charging more than we were quoted for the new used vehicle we just purchased.
I feel like this company doesn't appreciate their customers. They spend millions on commercials. While they should focus on affordable prices and customer service"
